Having over 30 years being involved in Business and Retail Technology solutions, and for the past 20 years Managing Business Development, Service Delivery and Customer Services in a director role, evolving from software development, design and implementation and in the beginning starting with a strong electronics background, Bill has accrued a substantial experience portfolio. His commitments to organisation, efficient Planning, and effective customer service values have stood him well in his career. The management of People and Resources as well as their motivation has also been paramount to his progressive success.

Having been at the forefront of the Dynamics NAV and LS Retail NAV Success within the UK and international retail market for over 22 Years. Davesh, started from software development, design and implementation from the very beginning of the Navision (Dynamics BC) and Landsteiner (LS Retail) story. He is very results orientated with strong analytical skills. Has been a key member of many medium and very large scale organised retail solutions and implementations around the world. Co-founder of iDyam Solutions, Navengers and Inavatar Group.

Lisa has over 18yrs experience Project Management experience within the IT industry, 15 of those working within Microsoft Dynamics. Her career has seen her heading up Service delivery teams within Applications and Project Management for both an International end user and a retail focused Microsoft Gold Partner. She is passionate about managing people and developing / nurturing them through their own career paths. She has successfully managed large teams of projects and Project Managers globally with Governance and Delivery being the main focus. She has worked with many customers over the years and has a passion for process improvement for the Customer Experience and successful Project Delivery.

Matt has over 22 Years of Dynamics NAV / BC experience within the whole retail and hospitality sectors, and has been a key member of many medium and large scale organised retail solution installations and involved and lead a number design projects with Dynamics all around the world.
Matt has lead and been supported by an extended consultancy, development and technical team and Network based around the world furthermore developing the later technology skills constantly being required these days.

Matt has been helping numerous international retail groups in the EMEA region for many years. This was to deliver technology solutions, exceed business expectations, meet business and system audit and compliance requirements.

Having joined the EPoS fraternity some 35 years ago, and holding Director level positions for over 30 years, Rob has helped drive the sector with the latest technology and to grow a number of companies to strategic market leader level, particularly in the Cloud sector.
Rob has brought a depth of experience to the iDyam organisation adding significant larger organisations to our portfolio. Rob is in direct control of all the strategic sales and marketing of iDyam Solutions and has helped us with our fantastic year on year growth.

Emma has excelled within the Business Development market place with EPoS and CRM solutions for more than 20 years, Emma has worked with a large number of High Street retailers and Charities helping them to maixmise their profitability, whilst still lowering costs.
Emma has used this experience to help grow the iDyam Solutions customer base on our journey from a smaller boutique solutions partner, to the complete corporate solution provider we are today.
